Edith Esi Gyasiwa Amosah (Mrs)
Board Member/ CEOEdith’s vision is to holistically & systematically build up people through counselling, teaching, training and giving back to the society.
From her vision, she founded KESA Legacy; the parent institution of KESA Group of Companies.
Edith holds degrees in MBA Marketing, BA Social Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, all from the University of Capecoast. She also holds a certificate in Early Childhood from the Model School.
Anita Arthur-Forson
Board Member/ SecretaryAnita is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana with post 4 year s of Legal practice. She holds a First Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) and a Post-graduate Degree in Law (LLB). Her area of expertise cuts across the various aspects of the law ranging from Commercial practice to Family Law, Land Law etc. She is currently the Secretary to the group and the Advisory Board of KESA Group.
Kofi Sannie Amosah
Board MemberKofi is an Electrical and Electronics Engineering student at Ashesi University. He is passionate about Entrepreneurship, Farming, Industrial Automation and Control Systems. He won a PSGN award in the year 2018 for the best in Mathematics from his High School Education at Delhi Private School.
Deborah Dodd
Board MemberDeborah is a professional Accountant and a Board Member of the Bawjiase Area Rural Bank PLC. She is also the Proprietress of Mary Nyarkoa Memorial Academy – Agona Kwanyako, Ghana.
With her all-embracing career in finance, her work has spanned segments in audit, internal control, data analysis, and financial reporting, which has shaped her unique perspective and insights.
Deborah holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central University- Ghana.
